I wanted so much to wipe my brow and give a good, healthy sigh of relief the minute 2020 breathed its last breath, and 2021 offered new hope. But, I know that realistically, all those two's and zero's and one's are just numbers.
The heart and soul of me laughed, taunting my silly self, "Buckle up buttercup, and enjoy the ride."
2021 is showing itself to be an extension of the previous year. I have made it a point though, to focus on the good and be thankful.
And so, I will do everything in my power to continue in that frame of mind. Glass half full.
